We ship worldwide. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you. Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery takes between 2-4 business days depending on your location, you can check the country list on our shipping page. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but if not you have 7 days from the time you receive it to request a store credit.
How do I make a return?
Email email@example.com with your name, order number, the item(s) being returned, and the reason for returning it.
How many days do I have to return the item(s)?
You have 7 business days from the time you receive it to submit your return request. You will receive an email reply with all the instructions on making the return. (Please allow up to 48 hours for your response email) Once you receive your email instructions you can ship the item(s) back. CHIC shop is not responsible for shipping costs.
Once your item(s) has been received, you will be emailed your store credit redemption information within 5-7 business days.

What items are returnable?
All apparel is returnable within 7 business days from the time you received it. All items must be unworn and unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached. Damaged items will NOT be accepted. Please be advised that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
What items are excluded from being returned?
Items with stains,(makeup, deodorant, etc.) scents, or any signs of wear.
Items marked Final Sale
All shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
What if I received a damaged item(s)?
